What is Piloxing?

Piloxing is an exciting and new cardio workout that combines the toning and aerobic conditioning of boxing, the muscle sculpting of Pilates, and the sensuality of dance. The workout itself is formatted into intervals to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular health; almost guaranteed to whip you into shape.
