Dance Classes Aren't Just for Kids!

Dance classes aren't only important for children, but for adults, too! Aside from the obvious benefits of becoming more physically fit, dance classes can actually PREVENT some of the illnesses and conditions that come along with age such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, osteoporosis, and depression. We offer a few fitness classes - Zumba, Yoga, and Pilates - as well as DANCE classes for adults like Hip Hop, Lyrical/Modern, Capoeria, Jazz, and Tap.
